County Road 3A is the only way into the park.

From Denver or Colorado Springs: take I-25 south to Exit 140 and follow Hwy 115 south for about 33 miles. Turn right onto Hwy 50 west for about 15 miles, then left onto County Road 3A for about 4 miles.
From Pueblo: take Hwy 50 west for about 36 miles, then turn left onto County Road 3A for about 4 miles.
From Salida: take Hwy 50 east for about 48 miles, then turn right onto County Road 3A for about 4 miles.

Parking

Parking is free for everyone, including RVs and campers. Oversized vehicles use Upper Lot B: after the park gate, take the road on the right marked for RV parking.

Accessible parking is close to the Visitor Center. Personal vehicles are not allowed on the bridge.

Accessibility

The Visitor Center, the bridge, the gondolas and the Plaza Theater are wheelchair accessible. Gondola cabins fit wheelchairs up to 30 inches wide. The south gondola deck has no ramp, so wheelchair riders stay on board for the round trip back to the north side.

The park doesn’t lend wheelchairs, so please bring your own. Service animals are always welcome.

Before you go

Good to know

Wear sturdy shoes and bring a light jacket. There’s almost always a breeze on the bridge.
Ride the gondola early, before the afternoon winds pick up.
Holding an online ride ticket? Arrive at least two hours before closing.
Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome in most of the park, and free kennels are available.
